About Steven Haotong Li

Steven Haotong Li is a PhD candidate in Real Estate Finance in 
the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge. He specialises in quantitative econometric methods and their applications in real estate research. His PhD thesis topic is ‘Overconfidence and Real Estate Research’. Prior to Cambridge University, Steven obtained his Bachelor degree in Finance and Mathematics from Renmin University of China.
