ISSUE RESOLUTION

If there is an issue with a Product in your Order, please contact Customer Service (accounts@propertychronicle.com) within 30 days of receipt of shipment and refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. Please provide your order number.

In accordance with your statutory rights, you cannot get a refund for Digital Products once they have been downloaded to your device.
