About Toby Jorgensen and Brandon Isner

Toby Jorgensen is an Associate Director of Research for CBRE, covering the Southeast region. Since moving to Atlanta in 2001, he has worked in commercial real estate research for almost 15 years, including seven years as an appraiser. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2000 with a degree in communications. Brandon Isner is an associate director at CBRE, operating as the thought leader and voice for CBRE research within Florida’s metro markets. With more than 15 years within the real estate world, Brandon Isner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing research projects, and providing data support for CBRE operations within Florida as the leader of market research and insights for the state.
