Professor David Higgins is a senior academic and part of the Property and Planning Research Group at Birmingham City University. He has extensive industry experience and regularly consults to property clients on the changing real estate landscape. Dr Treshani Perera is a property researcher and lectures part-time at RMIT University, Australia. Her PhD investigated the downside risk integration in commercial property market forecasting.
