Mariana Mazzaferri, is a Real Estate Consultant with specialisation on the Spanish Debt Market holding a MSc in Real Estate Finance from Cass Business School. She co-authored the Cass Spanish Lending Survey along Dr. Nicole Lux. Dr. Nicole Lux, is leader and author of the Cass Real Estate Lending Research Project. She also works as a Debt Advisor at AFA REIM.
