About Nick French, Sarah Sayce and Ben Strange

Nick French is an experienced teacher of valuation for both the profession and universities. Trading as Real Estate Valuation Theurgy, he continues to write papers, presents conference papers and undertakes in-house training for the real estate profession at home and abroad. Sarah Sayce is part-time professor of sustainable real estate at the University of Reading and emeritus professor at Kingston University. Ben Strange is director of Mobius Building Consultancy.
