Rebecca undertakes research and campaigning across a range of issues at the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE). She leads the delivery of CPRE’s policies and campaigns on brownfield development and, in the last few months, led the delivery of CPRE’s flagship reports: the State of Brownfield and the State of the Green Belt in 2018, as well as a joint report on rural affordable housing with Shelter.
